The hotel featured a perfect location. I enjoyed easy access to main attractions. The staff provided friendly assistance. I also appreciated the complimentary cake and champagne on New Year's Eve, a very lovely gesture.
The cards for the lights didn't work well, so we had multiple cards. Two were for the door and one for the lights. This wasn't a huge issue, but it felt annoying.

The room included a comfortable bed. Amenities such as a coffee machine and complimentary water enhanced the experience. A balcony provided a beautiful view of the city.

i noticed the elevator could sometimes be a bit slow during peak hours, causing minor delays.

I stayed at this hotel for several days. The location was PERFECT for exploring. The staff was friendly and efficient. I received a welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch. The hotel even provided a bottle of water and local pastries in my room.
The room was a little small, BUT it had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

the room felt small, there was barely space to open my suitcase. the shower lacked a proper pan, so water spilled onto the floor whenever i opened the glass door. the dim yellow lighting in the bathroom gave it a dirty appearance.

the location was fantastic. it was easy to reach many restaurants and attractions nearby. the staff seemed very friendly. they provided assistance whenever needed.
the bathroom was a bit small for my liking. the shower door design was odd, water easily splashed out. the toilet paper holder felt flimsy. i also noticed not enough hangers for robes.

the location is amazing. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff was very attentive. they even called a doctor when i needed medical assistance. the hotel was very clean and offered great value.
